Carlos Solis, Marketing/Advertising

We welcome Carlos as the director of our Marketing and Advertising Department here at CPP.  He comes to us from his recent home in North Carolina and is native of Guatemala.  He has traveled to countries all over the world, is culturally diversified and likes to engage in many community outreach activities.  Carlos can speak in 5 different languages:  English, Italian, Spanish, German and French.  He will perform all of the translation services for CPP.  In charge of the translation and marketing for the International Plan of Salvation called the, “Divine Intervention Audio CD”, Carlos will also take on our Social Media, radio/TV spots and ad campaigns, articles and editorials for both the Hispanic and English speaking communities.  Part of his duties will include producing videos with our Multi-media dept.

Carlos obtained an International Business degree at the University of North Carolina and attended the Duke University program receiving certificates in management, government and non-profit organizations.  An actor and entrepreneur and founder of Hispanos USA, two North Carolina newspapers and a magazine in New York City, he has produced marketing campaigns for Gloria Estefan, Shakira, Paulina Rubio, Enrique Iglesias, Jose Feliciano and Ricky Martin to include flyers, posters, banners, photo/editorials, t-shirts, radio and tv spots. A sought-after public speaker, Carlos has served with multi-national consultant teams at Google, Inc. Citi Group, NBC, Coca-Cola and American Express. When not flying, he spends time volunteering for a special cause or working on still photography or independent film competitions around the world.  He is currently learning how to be a professional comedian performing Stand-up at the Improv in Tempe, Arizona.



Michael Phillips, Multi-Media - 

From Germany, Michael speaks the language fluently.  He has been working in this industry for the last 25 years and continues with his own business, Arizona Media Service.  CPP welcomes Michael Phillips.  He will be in charge of shooting, editing and transferring film for the production of our websites, YouTube videos, DVD’s and Audio Transfers of our CD’s.  “Our business is specifically designed to fulfill image and sound-related transfer, conversion, and editing needs.  Mason Hockamier, Songwriter Analyst/Music Administrator

He has 25 years of experience in Songwriting and Music production.  Mason received his B.A. in Communications from Grand Canyon University.  He is a member of the Arizona Songwriters Association and ASCAP.  He was also a Sales Representative for the Background Music Productions of Scottsdale, Arizona.  Mason as a local artist has recorded and produced 17 different solo albums here in Arizona.  He will critique the Songwriting style and techniques of each developing artist as needed.  He will also prepare all Copyrights both for PA/SR forms and registrations to ASCAP, BMI, BMG, SESAC and Sound Exchange and independent artistry.  He will also prepare digital downloads and WAV, AIFF and Mp3 file conversions and transfers on an as need basis.   He will hold monthly meetings for artists interested in participating Songwriting expos and contests.  He will also shop the artist’s music to prospective producers for Conversion Point Publishing.   






 Sterling Hockamier, Publisher/Writer/Photographer/

In 2001-2010 he operated his Indie label, INSPIRE Records it was here that Sterling became an inspired lyricist registered with ASCAP as a Songwriter and also was a Graphic Designer working beside his brother Mason a local artist, to create 17 different albums for him along with other local artists CD’s in a 10 year span.  Inspire Records went national as a major record label in 2009 so they have a temporary name currently Invitation Records.  

In 2011 he decided to start is own business/ministry to help other artist publish their projects and founded Conversion Point Publishing, LLC.    

To back track In 1994 he earns his B.A. in Communications from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona.  In addition he spent most of his career in the Software industry as a Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist of User manuals, Help Files and Design Specs.  Over time this line of work became tedious and boring and he decided to be more creative in his type of writing.  He was inspired by God in 2001 to be an Inspirational writer of proverbial maxims, clichés, idioms and peculiar phraseologies to help believers and non-believers.  In 2012 he is releasing his first e-book called, “WordToday.”  It is a 365 daily devotional, Christian Calendar.  He is also working on an international Plan of Salvation, Audio CD called, “Divine Intervention.” Here he will have it translated into multiple languages and distribute it to different countries around the world.  

In his spare time he does photography of landscapes, still life’s and portraits.  

On his spiritual side he is an Evangelist, one who leads others to Christ by witnessing and by his inspiring words from his writings and his own witnessing tracks.    

As a Publisher he will help clients with publishing their projects: brochures, books, e-books, magazines, newspapers, web sites, CD’s, DVD’s, paintings, Photographs and YouTube and Facebook/Twitter/Google, etc.  He looks forward to publishing projects for his future clients and continuing his work in the ministry.
